What heading styles are available?
S-fold headings give a modern, structured look to your curtains. Once you've installed your track, the fabric easily clicks into place and creates a clean wave across your fabric.
Pencil pleat provides less structured, traditional-looking curtains. Your fabric will come with hooks that are easily inserted into the runners on the tracks
Where are your curtains made?
Our curtains are proudly made by us in Melbourne. This allows for faster delivery and, because we own our curtain workroom, better savings for our customers.
What tools will I need to hang my curtains?
All curtains come with brackets and standard screws. You'll need a measuring tape, pencil and drill (and any additional appliances required if installing into brick, metal or plaster). It's always helpful to have a friend around to help!
Do you offer fabric samples?
Yes! Head to our samples page or order a sample while designing your curtains. You can order a maximum of 10 free samples. We'll have your samples shipped within 1 business day.
How do I install curtains?
Curtains installation is super easy! Why pay a tradesperson for something you could easily do yourself? CurtainsDept has detailed, easy to follow guides that will help you install your new curtains in no time. Check out our guides here.

The Curtains Dept helps you save money by offering you curtains for 'Do It Yourself' measure and installation. The best way to avoid measuring mistakes is to let us help you get it right! Our whole philosophy is to make it easy for you to measure correctly and we are always available to help with any questions you may have. Let us help you get it right! Because we manufacture your curtains to your exact specifications we cannot resell your shutters to other customers and cannot offer you a refund when mistakes do occur.
