The curtain heading refers to the top portion of the curtain where the fabric is gathered or attached to the track. The curtain heading you choose will influence how the curtain hangs and determine the overall appearance of the curtain. We offer two curtain heading styles: the S-Fold and the Pencil Pleat.

No, this isn't possible as our curtains are made specific to our tracks. Our curtains require a particular track which you will automatically receive as a part of your order.
To install your curtains, you'll need a measuring tape, pencil and drill (and any additional appliances required if installing into brick, metal or plaster). All curtains come with brackets and standard screws. It's always helpful to have a friend around to help!

Curtains will be manufactured and dispatched within 5 business days of ordering. Keep in mind, as all orders are custom manufactured products, these timeframes are an estimate and can be subject to change. We will definitely strive to have orders completed and shipped to you on time.
Delivery times will vary depending on your location. Once the carrier has collected your order from our workroom we will send you a tracking link so you can track the progress of your delivery.
We’re not perfect. From time to time our curtains may be delivered to you with faults that have slipped through our quality assurance process. Should you find a fault, please contact us as soon as possible. We guarantee our goods for two years and will do everything necessary to rectify the problem. Our guarantee is simple. We will replace or repair, at our expense, curtains with manufacturing defects. If you believe your curtains have a defect please contact us at info@curtainsdept.com.au with photos of your curtains and an explanation of the problem.
