S-fold headings give a modern, structured look to your curtains. Once you've installed your track, the fabric easily clicks into place and creates a clean wave across your fabric. Pencil pleat provides less structured, traditional-looking curtains. Your fabric will come with hooks that are easily inserted into the runners on the tracks
Our curtains are proudly made by us in Melbourne. This allows for faster delivery and, because we own our curtain workroom, better savings for our customers.
No, this isn't possible as our tracks are made specific to our curtains. Our S-fold curtains require a particular S-fold track which you will receive as it is automatically part of our ordering process.
All curtains come with brackets and standard screws. You'll need a measuring tape, pencil and drill (and any additional appliances required if installing into brick, metal or plaster). It's always helpful to have a friend around to help!

We ship all orders for a flat fee of $49. Enjoy your new curtains without the stress of high delivery fees!
Curtains will be manufactured and dispatched within 5 business days of ordering. Keep in mind, as all orders are custom manufactured products, these timeframes are an estimate and can be subject to change. We will definitely strive to have orders completed and shipped to you on time.
Delivery times will vary depending on your location (see rough guide below). Once the delivery has collected your order from our workroom we will email you with the tracking number so you can track the progress. Melbourne Metro: Regional VIC: NSW/QLD/SA:
We’re not perfect. From time to time our curtains will be delivered to you with faults that have slipped through our quality assurance process. Should you find a fault, please contact us as soon as possible. We guarantee our goods for two years and will do everything necessary to rectify the problem. Our guarantee is simple. We will replace or repair, at our expense, curtains with manufacturing defects. If you believe your curtains have a defect please contact us at info@curtainsdept.com.au with photos of your curtains and an explanation of the problem.
