We offer a Self Weighted Hem as our standard option for Sheers and Double Hem for Block-out curtains if we haven't received a preference in your order.

A flat fee of $49 shipping for all orders.

Curtains will be manufactured and dispatched within 5 business days of ordering. Delivery times will vary depending on your location. We will update you wth tracking along the way!

*Delivery times are subject to stock availablility. If we do not have the fabric colour of your choice in stock at the time of placing your order, we will let you know the estimated time frame.

We’re not perfect. From time to time our curtains will be delivered to you with faults that have slipped through our quality assurance process. Should you find a fault, please contact us as soon as possible. We guarantee our goods for 2 years and will do everything necessary to rectify the problem. Our guarantee is simple. We will replace or repair, at our expense, curtains with manufacturing defects.

WHAT'S NOT COVERED

Our guarantee does not cover the following:

• Normal wear and tear
• Misuse or abuse
• Accidental damage and insurable events
• Use of abrasive cleaning products
• Incorrect installation
• Incorrect measurements
• Colour fading
• Shrinkage (up to 2%)
• External use or exposure to the elements
